Our experienced on-site event planners are committed to helping you organise a truly flawless gathering, with personalised attention and boutique services tailored to meet your specific needs.

Our experienced events team can cater for your audio/ visual requirements, with the McMahons Event Suite offering the latest technology, with in- built ceiling mounted data projector, screen, and inhouse audio system.
Where in- built equipment is not available, portable equipment will be arranged. You can be assured your event requirements will be taken care of with, with additional equipment on offer such as flipcharts, whiteboards, internet access, pc speakers, microphones and lectern.

Catering for all events is provided by the hotel’s restaurant, McMahons Restaurant.

    CAULFIELDS EVENT SUITE

    The Caulfield Event Suite showcases quintessential Queensland style and is highlighted by whitewash timber plantation shutters and domed vaulted ceiling.

    This perfectly square function room also has an adjoining gallery area with natural lighting, perfect for refreshments.

    This event suite captures the essence of a garden rotunda and is designed to compliment your next meeting, celebratory luncheon or dinner, cocktail party, high tea or even your wedding ceremony!

    The Caulfield Event Suite showcases quintessential Queensland style and is highlighted by whitewash timber plantation shutters and domed vaulted ceiling. This perfectly square function room also has an adjoining gallery area with natural lighting, perfect for refreshments. This event suite captures the essence of a garden rotunda and is designed to compliment your next meeting, celebratory luncheon or dinner, cocktail party, high tea or even your wedding ceremony!

    The McMahons Event Suite is our largest function room, overlooking the Brisbane City Botanical gardens and caters for up to 120 guests. Featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering natural light, combined with the added versatility of black out blinds.
    Opening out onto our stunning sandstone terrace, complete with landscaped gardens and water feature, this room offers great flexibility and functionality in terms of set up. The McMahons Event Suite is most commonly used for breakfast events, conferencing, workshops, board meetings, presentations, cocktail events, sit down lunch or dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding ceremonies and receptions, with the outdoor terrace doubling up as a break out space, all day catering or pre dinner drinks. The event suite can also be divided into 2, allowing for our Private Dining Room.

    The Private Dining Room caters for up to 14 guests, perfect for those smaller intimate events like client interviews, a board room meeting or private lunch or dinner.
